The Introductory Talk is the best place to begin if you’re curious about Vedic Meditation. These complimentary sessions give you space to explore the practice, learn about its origins, and get a clear sense of how the course is structured—all in a relaxed setting where you’re welcome to ask questions.

During the session, we’ll look at what makes Vedic Meditation different from other techniques and highlight the real, science-backed benefits people experience when they begin practicing. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of how meditation can fit into your daily life and how the 4-day course is designed to support your learning.

The session is completely free and offered with no pressure. Intro Talks are available online and in person and serve as a prerequisite for enrolling in the full 4-day course.
