A casual conversation to learn more about Vedic Meditation, the course itself, with plenty of time to ask your questions.
The Introductory Talk is the best place to begin your journey with Vedic Meditation. These free and relaxed conversations offer a warm introduction to the practice and a chance to meet your teacher. You’ll get a firsthand sense of how Vedic Meditation works, why it’s so effective, and what makes it unique among other techniques. Many people find that simply learning about the practice begins to shift how they feel—more curious, more hopeful, and more connected to what’s possible.
During our time together, we’ll explore how Vedic Meditation supports deep rest, dissolves accumulated stress, and brings clarity and steadiness into daily life. We’ll also discuss how the 4-day course unfolds, including why the technique was designed specifically for people with full, busy lives—not monks, but householders with families, responsibilities, and modern schedules. This is also a wonderful opportunity to ask questions and see if the practice resonates with you personally.
The Intro Talk is offered online and in person, and serves as a prerequisite before learning to meditate. It offers a meaningful introduction and a feel for the practice, while the complete training is reserved for the 4-day course.
