Join Group Meditation

Group Meditation is one of the most valuable parts of being a Vedic Meditator. Beyond the four-day course, these sessions are included and free, offering continued support for your practice. Gathering each week is how we strengthen and expand our meditation as a community. We begin with a brief refresher of the technique, meditate together, then open the space for discussion from a Vedic perspective.

Before I became a teacher, group meditation was one of the most impactful ways I deepened my own practice. Now, I love sharing that same experience with you. Receive the added benefit of the deep dive that happens when a collective meditates simultaneously!
