I’d love to invite you to Group Meditation — one of the most meaningful parts of being a Vedic Meditator. These sessions are included and free after your four-day course, offering support and connection as your practice grows. Each week, we gather to meditate together, start with a brief refresher, and then share discussion from a Vedic perspective.

Before I became a teacher, group meditation was one of the ways I deepened my own practice, and now I love sharing that experience with you. There’s something extra special that happens when we meditate together as a group — I can’t wait for you to feel it too!
