Vedic Meditation Course with Emily or another qualified teacher
Committing to a weekly group meditation is one of the best ways to support your practice. While Vedic Meditation is beautifully designed for self-sufficiency, meeting once a week with the group helps strengthen and nourish your practice — a balance of both sustainability and community.
There is a great deal of knowledge shared during the initial four-day course. Each group meditation begins with gentle reminders of the technique, helping you refine and deepen your understanding as your practice evolves.
There is a deeper meditative dive that occurs when we meditate simultaneously, and this translates online as well as in person. You’ll also benefit from hearing the questions and experiences shared by like-minded meditators, often helping you uncover a question you may not have realized.
This is the time to bring any questions that have come up in your practice. You can share your experiences, hear from others, and gain insights that help to illuminate your practice and ripple into daily life. The Q&A is both expansive and uplifting.

I’d love to invite you to Group Meditation — one of the most meaningful parts of being a Vedic Meditator. These sessions are included and free after your four-day course, offering support and guidance as you continue to deepen your practice. Each week, we come together to meditate, start with a short refresher, and then share in discussion and wisdom.
Before I became a teacher, group meditation was one of the ways I strengthened my own practice — probably the single most powerful tool for staying consistent — and now I love sharing that experience with you. There’s something really special that happens when we meditate together as a group, and I can’t wait for you to experience this, too!
